I am always treated with friendliness and respect. The staff is knowledgeable and excell at patient care. My Doctor is amazing, she is gentle in her approach, genuine in care, and genius in solutions for my health care
Everytime I call for a refill, the office staff sayS that it will be taken care of but they NEVER it in when they’re supposed to and I have to go with out for 2-3 days. This same thing just happened with my daughter’s prescription. She’s been without for 4 days. She called the pharmacy and they said they had a call in to the office. My daughter called the office and they told her that they would take care of it when she hung up. They never called it in so I called the answering service. I love Dr Chaudhari, Kaushal He explains in detail your situation. He takes time to answer questions that you have. He spends a good amount of time with his patient each visit. I referred my mother and my husband to North Georgia Galen. Just a good experience all the way around seems like Dr. Chaudhari Has a photogenic memory and ask about my husband and my mother each visit by name.
