We have never had a problem with Galen Mountain View Medicine, all we have had was consideration with our communication. Shannon McCallie has been our Family Doctor since around 2011 with nary a problem....!! All of her referrals have been spot on for getting treatments of our ailments. We are proud to have her as our Family Doctor...! Receptionists and Lab Techs have been very kind to us with all their communication also. We will continue with our contacts at 9309 Apison Pike.
Front office staff are warm and Friendly, nurses are competent
