The office staff was very friendly and welcoming! They were prepared for my visit and we're kind and professional! Dr Voth is my primary care physician now that I am on Medicare. He is prepared and had studied the information regarding my background and history. He asked great questions and he actually took the time to care and listen! Very very refreshing! The reception staff at Monument Optum are very accommodating. Mimi and Rebecca are exceptionally professional and take their time answering all questions.
Really appreciate NP Rebecca Gurule’s common sense, approachable manner. MA Mimi is efficient yet always compassionate. They both listen and get tasks completed within the time allotted for the type of appointment. They would do great on a medical team version of The Great Race!
