My yearly health checkup was at 7:45 this morning. The visit was punctual and without interruptions. I would recommend Optum Monument to anyone in the area looking for an above average medical experience.
This was my first time here. Everyone was friendly and caring. The Dr. took ample time to answer my questions and concerns and explain things to me.

Rebecca Gurule - Obnoxiously full of herself! One of the worst experiences I've ever had- and I've been with Optum for years. She interrupted me every time I spoke, answered my questions herself and didn't listen to anything I said. She is ignorant, aggressive, rude, argumentative and so BAD at her job it's dangerous. She messed up all my meds and none of it for me- simply because she is controlling and manipulative and I will not be returning.
