Zero reason a pediatric office needs trans flags in it
I've been with this practice literally my entire life, but it has gone into the toilet since Dr. Kort retired and they moved from the Lehman Dr. location. I called at the beginning of March to get scheduled, nobody answered so I left a voice-mail. Over a month went by and my call was never returned so I called again. Again left a voice mail and my call was again never returned. Not a great experience. The nurse seemed on edge and stressed, which didn’t make for a very comfortable environment. And the doctor was very rushed and didn’t take much time to address my concerns. They also never called with the results of my testing.
After my last pap I was told I couldn’t schedule because their schedule wasn’t out yet. I never received a call or anything in the mail. I call in October to ask what my chart states since I needed a follow up. I told them the doctor said 6 months. I’m given an April appointment. In February I receive a card to my old address which I had changed my address with the office long ago stating my follow up was supposed to be in November. A little frustrating to be told that I'm not allowed to discuss any concerns during my wellness exam because I have to make a separate appointment for each concern....but even scheduling my wellness exam they're booked three months out..
