I went in to see Christy Nelms after an ER visit over the weekend. I felt GENUINELY listened to. I felt heard, seen and understood for the first time after battling for 10 years with an unknown issue that I had eventually just “given up” trying to resolve. Over the weekend, I had a flare-up that sent me to the ER. I was referred to a Gastroenterologist, which was a terrible experience. I'd give it less than one star if I could. They are just in a hurry to push as many clients in as possible. They embarrassed my wife by saying she owed them money very loudly. Only to find out it was a credit on her account. Wife went to the ER and messaged the doctor about what happened a few days later they never so back to her.

Sure would be nice to actually have a doctor follow up you if they are going to charge you a co pay and then charge you again for more than double that amount. But hey I got my meds refilled so I guess I should be thankful for that.
