Staff, nurses, MA are always kind and informative
I really enjoy the time and effort they take to care for my daughter. They answer all my questions and treat my family with respect and dignity. I highly recommend this pediatric office. Our daughter see Dr. Price, but all the staff are great.
When I tried to ask a few simple questions regarding the vaccines my son was scheduled to get my questions were met with condescension, and attempt to guilt and shame me into getting the vaccines. And when that didn’t convince me I was told my son could no longer be a patient at that practice if I did not comply. We were more than happy to find a new pediatrician.
I am upset at how inconvenient it has become to cancel or make an appointment. If you are going to have a second party answer your calls the least they could be able to do is schedule and cancel an appointment.
Love Love Love them. My daughter has been with them since she was born and she is now 11. We have only had great experiences.
