The front desk lady was unhelpful and unsympathetic. I arrived exactly 15 minutes late due to confusion about the location, difficulty navigating the complex, and limited parking. I called twice to inform them and ask for help, and the person on the phone was kind and gave no indication I wouldn’t be seen. I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with the sonographer who performed my ultrasound. Despite repeatedly telling her that I was feeling discomfort from the pressure, she continued pressing without any regard for my pain. She kept blaming the baby for not cooperating, but honestly, her approach felt rushed and unprofessional.
