Terrible customer service - Would not answer phone 9 out of 10 times. - If answered, would place you on hold 9 out of 10 times. - After placing on hold, would make you wait indefinitely 9 out of 10 times and would never return back. Recently, we had a medical question for which they had to contact the doctor. After many attempts, the staff here told us they would call back after consulting with the doctor and they never reached back to us! Now we have to start all over again.
