I can't say enough about the relief I have felt in finding this office. As a health care professional myself, I can see and appreciate, the care the has gone into designing a healthy work environment and choosing all the most caring and professional individuals. Every individual I have had the pleasure of interacting with have been kind and respectful. When I have had to call the office I have received prompt response to my concerns. Incredibly capable and considerate. The doctors take as much time as you want to understand their advice. I have been going to the practice for 20 years.
They used to be good, but now it’s extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone or get a prescription filled. Communication is terrible, and they never return calls.
Love the practice it has grown and I have seen changes. The front office personnel lack in professionalism when it comes to patient information. I have seen them whispering and then looking up to see who is watching. One of the times I know it was directed at me. I have been struggling for a long time some things have gone unanswered but I am not blaming the physicians or the PAs. What I do not like is to pick up on their conversation that clearly states that their consensus is that I call and want appointments for no reason... read more
Dr Kajal Parikh is very responsive, thorough, and compassionate. Been seeing her for a few years now and very happy with my care.
