We had Buttercup spayed here and she had no problems afterwards. Staff is wonderful and answered all my questions.
This is the absolute best clinic I have ever been to. The entire staff is caring, helpful, polite. They will work with you, answer questions, and are very patient. I have brought all of my personal pets and rescues here. Thank you for all you do for our community!!
What an amazing staff and facility!! Thank you for having Alley Cat Rescue come out to give a community cat workshop last week. Your staff was absolutely amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable from the front end staff, to doctors & technicians, to management. We appreciate the awesome work you all did sterilizing and vaccinating 40 of Roanoke's resident kitties! Keep up the great work!
Our dog Girly Girl just got home from her spay surgery at the Roanoke location. Everyone at the clinic was so nice to her and to me while also being efficient and professional. I am a volunteer at RCACP (Roanoke "pound") and regularly see the Mountain View Humane vehicle there picking up and dropping off animals for their spay/neuter surgeries. Mountain View Humane is a first class organization making a positive difference for the animals in our community.
Had my cats spayed there, had to put one down yesterday due to an infection caused by there butchery
