The Staff was actually very good. The bed was horrible. I know it's a hospital bed but compared to other hospitals it was very uncomfortable. The sheets were like sandpaper and I have a rash and backpain after being discharged. The chairs and tables in the room were very awkward and uncomfortable.. I would not return to the hospital for a hospital stay just because of the uncomfortableness of the room.

Was in there Friday with my wife having abdominal pain and the er staff that morning was great come Monday she started having pain due to a kidney stone and took her back down the nurses were great the dr walked in said let’s get you’re pain under control a went to the desk and played on his phone then popped in 2 hours later and said we’re discharging you and you’re perception is at Walgreens which is closed so they transferred it to springville and call a urologist ended up… See more

husband had neck surgery last weekhe stayed 3 days everyone in ortho post surgery was awesome the surgeon and staff were wonderful! everytime I left his room i got lost and there was always an employee there to guide me..... janitors too and everyone in the cafeteria made my time there go very well.. my husband had great service and i had great service i am truly thankful for our experience at the payson hospitalTHANK YOU!
They called ahead of my service with them wanting payment is full and offering a discount if i paid in full at the time of service, they then billed me for the rest after my service.

Worst. Hospital. Ever. Front desk was unfriendly. I got clocked by the nurse with the thermometer. Who laughed about me being in pain and then refused to let me finish a single sentence. The Dr come in and 5 minutes into it just left the conversation and never came back in. 20 minutes go by and I am waiting for discharge papers that would be basically saying ibuprofen and Tylenol. Dr Farley operated on my back. He did an amazing job. I want to recognize all the staff on the orthopedic floor, all the beautiful sweet nurses and Cna’s as well as the handsome cna’s and the awesome handsome physical therapists that took care of me. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. I had my son at this hospital as well and that was 30 years ago. It has become a better hospital.Love you all.JD and Milissa Day
