They don't fix anything. my ac and heat doesnt work. My washer has never worked. My oven doesnt work. There's raw sewage out My back door where kids play. They refuse to fix anything here and it's not just my unit, it's most of them... Do NOT move here if you don't have to.
The upkeep is horrible. They take forever to fix anything if at all. Mold is growing around the vents up stairs and the wall beside my washer is falling apart. It leaks and we’ve been told those aren’t a necessity so they won’t fix it. I’ve had a gas leak which led to unsafe carbon monoxide levels, a ceiling fan has been very loosely hanging from the wall in my son’s room ever since we moved in. I am homeless because of the black mold and they have no available units to move me to.And I payed all my money to them in full never had working heat or air since December 2022.And still no help or resolution i just got out of the ICU and will be taking legal actions
