In the middle of an extended heat wave called Mountain View and they were out within three days. They would have been out within a day but needed to special order the filter. The service tech who came was great! There Club membership is attractive for ongoing regular maintenance. Highly recommend.

Many thanks to the folks at Mountain View Heating for a seamless installation of my new Lenox air conditioner and furnace, especially Donny T. and Randy M. Donny T. did a great job in determining what I needed as far a hardware. He was very professional and never did I feel he was trying to "upscale" me...very honest person. Randy M. did a fantastic job with the installation. He was there right on time and checked all during the installation. I appreciate his effort in getting the AC up first since it was one of our Bend HOT days. Wrapped up earlier than expected and again did a great job. I highly recommend Mt. View Heating.

Randy and Mike from Mountain View were both very gracious and careful regarding Covid. They kept me well-informed of the jobs progress and any changes that had to be made to the original plan. Randy listened well and made sure that things were sealed well, so no leaks. He did a good job of instructing us on the new Daikin systems operation, both indoors and outdoors. He explained why they positioned the equipment the way they did and how it would work with future upgrades. They made sure that the house was secure and someone was always present while we were away during the project. Very satisfied.
