Daun was incredibly supportive and helpful in tracking down the part I needed from the manufacturer. She not only provided the exact part number but also shared the vendor’s manual so I could easily identify and confirm it myself. The delivery was quick—just as promised—and the part fit perfectly into our old fireplace. Excellent service all around!
We received a motor that doesn't work from the opening of the box. Trying to get a refund or replacement (which I don't really want for fear another motor may not work) is like near impossible! We've done everything asked, still no results! Lynette Meister Unhappy buyer
I just want to point out that the catalytic combustor for the buck bay 91 stove which I purchased from Mountain View is an OEM "firecat". These are, in my opinion, the best. I have several decades of professional training in the wood stove industry and I was pleasantly surprised to find a Firecat catalytic combustor for my personal stoves. It was even less $ than the "spin offs" that I found.
Had part in stock perfect fit fast shipping couldn't ask for more
Didn't work for me. I carefully cross referenced my stove model and found a part that was compatible with it- according to their site. It arrived and was not compatible. Result a total loss of $316 - return shipping of $198 and their 10% restocking fee. make it too much to return. And then there's a chance they may find some small reason to say its damaged and reject the return. Entire product goes in the trash.
