first thoracic epidural with Dr. V’s team was smooth thanks to the kind front desk staff. Hunter who prepped me for the procedure was gentle and I felt no pain. The anesthesiologist and Dr. V’s assistant during the procedure were kept me calm, and before I knew it the procedure was done — thank you Dr. V and staff for excellent care

I had my first appointment at Mountain View spine institute and had appointment with Dr Viswanath for a evaluation of my knees. He seemed knowledgeable of my problem and suggested different treatments to choose from. I will see him next week for the fisr treatment. The front office and the staff are excellent

I’m very disappointed with the care and communication I received from this pain management practice. Every time I scheduled an appointment with Dr. V, I was instead passed to the nurse practitioner without my consent. In my experience, the nurse practitioner did not seem familiar with my name, my medical issues, or my ongoing concerns. I did not feel heard or treated with respect, and I was left feeling abandoned as a patient during a very difficult time.
