The doctor was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me options but no pressure. Front office was friendly and took me back on time. Would highly recommend this doctor!
Dr. Nelson did the procedure for my ingrown toenail. Nine days later my toe was red and infected. I called the office and they told me he doesn't see patients on Friday. I went to Urgent Care and was given an Rx for the infection. It still didn't get better and went to a different Podiatrist who said a piece of the nail was still in my foot causing infection. She removed it and now 4 weeks later I am starting over with healing. Why wouldnt Dr. Nelson help me when I had an infection? He told me to call if I had any problems a... read more
Dr Nelson was so helpful. He took enough time to understand the issues. He was thorough, listened, explained. He looked for solutions. I feel confident with his suggestions. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Great experience all around.
