Professional. Treated well, timely. My visit was an annual F/U. Overall I had experienced great improvement with the use of orthopedic insoles provided by the lab working with Dr Nelson. The office appeared clean, well organized. Personnel were pleasant. No issues. Was offered the information I had requested . Clarification of name for the records. To the point.
Dr Nelson is excellent Dr. He explains everything in detail, very professional, caring and he take time to listen.
Great bed side manor. Understands the athletes perspective.
