I've lived at Mountain View Apartments for the past 5 years, and I've been very happy here. The community is clean, quiet, and welcoming, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I've needed assistance. One of the best parts is the convenient location—it's close to shopping, restaurants, and the freeway, which makes getting around very easy. I highly recommend Mountain View Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live.
The location is great, rent is reasonable for what you get but management's communication is unclear, sometimes unprofessional, and often slow. Even small requests can take forever to get answered or completely ignored with no follow up. It seems as though they forget that people are actually paying to live here
There are BRAND NEW BUILDS with better pricing AND includes washer & dryer in unit. This place is old, dirty and poorly maintained. Homeless wander around at all times of the day. People allow their children to run around being disruptive to others playing soccer and riding bikes through walkways and near your apartment door? Yet management will do nothing about this.
