My doctor is great, but the front reception staff are not. They don't answer the phone half of the time and take forever to call you back if you leave a voice-mail- if they call you back at all. A doctor's office should feel welcoming and like all the staff members care about their patients. Unfortunately, even though my doctor is great, the reception staff bring down the feeling of being a cared-about patient.
Dr.Craig and his team are amazing!
Stay far away from this clinic. I experienced misdiagnosis, gaslighting, and negligence from their team. They do not properly review your medical history, know how to interpret basic tests, nor listen to you in your appointments. After they ran a basic test on me, they told me I had recently experienced a life-threatening medical event which sent me through months of additional testing and psychological pain & suffering. My previous primary care provider here was fabulous. My current primary care provider botched recordkeeping during an appointment to evaluate an injury for which I intended to seek compensation. That was a month ago and I still don't have an accurate set of notes. Luckily, I eventually healed from the injury without complications or medical intervention, but I can't file a legal claim because I have no notes. Can I give no stars? Craig Hagget is a nurse practitioner and can’t do simple tasks like look at your records. He threw a fit because I was due for my cholesterol meds and demanded blood work (I just had done not even a year before), gave me all kinds of grief then when I needed testosterone refilled he refuses saying he needed blood work again even though it was just done 6 months prior and he had to adjust my dosage.
