Last 2 times ive called to make an appointment with my GP the receptionist wouldnt make the appointment. Needed immunizations and medication. 1 of the receptionists is extremely rude.
Whoever hires for MVFP truly cares about their patients. I’ve been with MVFP for 9 years and have seen 4 different providers. I’ve never had PCPs care the way I have been cared about here. I will forever trust MVFP with my healthcare and recommend the practice to friends & family. My kiddos see pediatrics but once they come of age I will recommend them switching to MVFP. Do not go to this office, save your time. Read the reviews. I went in for a routine annual check up and blood work. I see the results in the my chart app. Over a month has gone by and there has been zero clarification or notes added to the results. I requested clarification from the NP Hagget and received a message from a reception desk telling me to make another in person appointment. If you want to spend all your time having to follow-up time after time on any message you send, any referral they tell you was made on your behalf, prescriptions sent to the wrong pharmacy even though you’ve provided name, number, phone, and fax for the correct pharmacy as well as reminding them you sent the info, then this is the office to come to.
