Must say my kids Doc she is one of the best thier and her staff kicks but, Dr Shepard you rock, keep smiling.
Horrible clinic. Short staffed can't handle their work load. Make the patients suffer for it. Can't even answer their phones.
Don't you DARE call this office and mispronounce the name of your doctor, or the receptionist will act like you're the biggest idiot on the planet. Come to think of it, she's been surly and short with us every time we've spoken to her. She acts so put-upon, like she's doing the hardest job in the clinic and the patients are stupid. I mean they probably are sometimes, but I don't think I've been annoying at any point, like, all I've done here is pretty status-quo.
