The doctor I saw was great. The check out was unprofessional in my opinion. During my time in lobby there was laughing and loud speaking amoung some of the office staff. When I went to check out one lady was on cell phone. I saw several staff walking around with cell phones. Im not use to so much personal chit chatting and laughter in a doctors office where I can hear everything. I was not impressed with that part or the cell phone part. I received a bill from this office yesterday for a routine immunization (no MD seen). Routine immunizations and annual well visits are covered with my plan at Blue Cross Blue Shield at 100%. The lady in charge of billing said that I had another charge as well for my annual well visit exam so the amount I owed was actually more. In addition, I was at their office yesterday for another immunization (no MD seen), and she said this charge is "pending". She said she "wasn't sure" if I would get a bill.
