Since Dr Mu left terrible experiences. Malinda Knowles didnt even perform a routine exam on my wife at her last appointment in May. She instead berated her on missing a previous appointment. Instead insisted on scheduling a upper GI. She had the previous ultrasound of my wife on her laptop that showed fatty liver syndrome but didnt even address this. I was sent to the wrong specialist! Now I have to wait another 3 months to be seen, after I waited months to be seen by the wrong doctor. Very frustrated with my care at this time.
I have been going here for 3 years and really appreciate the thorough, compassionate care received by the staff and providers at this office. Highly recommend them.
Malinda Knowles takes the time to listen to every patient and truly cares. She is a fantastic provider with a lot of great experience! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new provider! ❤️
I don’t understand the low reviews. I haven’t had any issues here, starting coming a few months ago and they get the job done. One of the few places that was taking new patients with my insurance. I get my appoints quick and I’m in and out fast with no issues. I recommend
