I have seen NP Rania Sahly twice now. The last time I had an appt with her she cut one of my medicines in HALF; saying she googled the drug and it told her I was taking too much. Very inexperienced. I have been taking this same drug at my old dosage for YEARS. Now I have an appt in two days again, her office called me and wanted to reschedule for a half hour appt, not 15 minutes. Different office since Dr. Mu left. Poor communication from Dr. Ali. Dr. Ali nurse staff not returning phone calls when stated that they would on a specific date. Still yet to call (5) days later. Last (2) weeks their Office phone answering machine says that the office is closed. The mailbox is full can’t leave a message. Was able to finally leave a message today and again no return phone. Not Acceptable!
They are amazing
My second time going here arrived 3 minutes before my ekg, around lunch of course, and they told us sorry your too late bye. I will Never go back to this place. Rudest laziest staff ever after your first appointment of course. I’m sure they do it for insurance purpose so they can charge and not even see the person.
Just love the way they take care of you always very help full and kind.
