I saw Dr. Darnell and my husband saw a male Dr. We both got in at the same time within a week of calling. Our exams were $120 each and that included a scan to look for disease as well as the vision exam. After reading some of these reviews, I was ready for battle but had none of those experiences. Reception was polite. I do think their cancellation policy should explained up front. I only knew when I received a text to confirm, the day before and too late to cancel without paying the $60 fee. Amazing! Will be going here from now on. Dr.Darnell was amazing and the ladies at the front desk are very nice. Stellar service. The appointment was pretty quick and painless as well and the wait to get in was much shorter comparatively to other places. And I can finally see again! They have a super cool machine to look at your eyeballs too so I didn’t have to get dialated so that was a plus as well. Thank you!!!
I’m surprised at the negative reviews for this office. I have seen Dr Hogan several times, he is professional and answers any questions I have and is willing to order trial contacts to make sure my prescription is comfortable. The office is professional and efficient, I appreciate the text and email communication!
Worst customer service ever. Front deck lady has an awful attitude and they don't answer the phone they might call you back if you leave a message
I've been here multiple times seeing different doctors. They have always been thorough and able to get me in next day. Convenient location inside Costco too.
