Avoid at all cost. This place is very shady with random walk ins 24/7 and a terrible management. They will make your life a million times harder than it has to be. I’m not convinced there’s a brain to run the place!
Dont move here! Supposed to be income based but the apartments arent up to code. They charge you for repairs that didnt need done, they retaliate, victim blame, and is not professional at all when dealing with serious issues on the premises, they pick and choose who has to abide by the rules here, and definitely have their favorites. And if you try to stand up for yourself you are told that you need to move and all this.theres no place for the kids to play or ride their bikes due to their rules. Just dont do it
