What a Great customer service experience. In a time where customer service is Meger at best . I had been looking for a difficult part for my erskine front snowblower. Dan in parts and service not only went above and beyond by downloading the diagram for my part to make sure I received the correct part and texting Pics to verify. I really appreciate the close loop communication and call backs in a timely manner. I was so pleased I ordered the $60 part and then decided to order a extra assemblie at $1200 dollars. Edited in response. Knowing full well nothing will come of this, but doing it anyways. My experience is exactly why New Holland has practically zero market share in this area. Four months to fix my machine. Then, they tried to blame me for it being wrong when they got it back together. When the machine was finally operational again and I picked it up, I just paid and loaded it up. Didn’t bother looking at anything as admittedly I was a bit mad.
