The doctor did a great job on my root canal. But the office staff forgot to check my insurance before the visit and had me in the chair with the procedure begun before telling me that my insurance may or may not cover the procedure. Assuring me that they would at least pay some, we went ahead--I was in a lot of pain and didn't want to reschedule somewhere else. They ended up surprising me with a huge bill in the end. Not impressed.
