I was overcharged for a crown even after I told the office more than once the “estimated payment” was incorrect. My insurance covers 50% of crowns and that was not reflected on the initial treatment plan. Julie said it was corrected and sent me an updated plan. However, next visit I was still asked to overpay by $70. I reached out again and was told the updated plan had been scanned to my account. Truly the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I had Dr lighthall and I will never go back. When I came in initially they told me I had 9 cavities. I got 3 filled about 3 weeks later and after my experience I immediately switched to a whole other office where they told me I in fact did not have 6 more cavities to be filled, I had 2. 4 of them could be fixed with prescribed toothpaste. The assistant Naomi is so nice, she is also very good at her job and made sure i am okay. probably one of the best visits i’ve had here at mountain view dental. not that any were bad, but she made it really fun and she’s really good at her job. she should get a raise 🙌🏼🙌🏼
