I was overcharged for a crown even after I told the office more than once the “estimated payment” was incorrect. My insurance covers 50% of crowns and that was not reflected on the initial treatment plan. Julie said it was corrected and sent me an updated plan. However, next visit I was still asked to overpay by $70. I reached out again and was told the updated plan had been scanned to my account. Truly the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I had Dr lighthall and I will never go back. When I came in initially they told me I had 9 cavities. I got 3 filled about 3 weeks later and after my experience I immediately switched to a whole other office where they told me I in fact did not have 6 more cavities to be filled, I had 2. 4 of them could be fixed with prescribed toothpaste.
