Does not even deserve one star. Manager is the most terrible human being I have ever met in my life. She will harass you and try to rip you off. Charges new tenants for the same thing as previous tenants and never fixes anything. I don't know how she sleeps at night.
This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in... Manager will harass and bother you, cheap furnishing from the early 70's. Extreme cockroach infestation. No privacy, walls are paper thin. Nosy neighbors. Will nickel and dime you to death after you move out for penalties not of your doing.
This place is terrible. The doors are so easy to bust open and they have cheap lock you can open with a bump. Noisy neighbors. They have cockroaches.. manager only cares about people who have been there for several years.
