I have been with MMCC since my daughter was born in 2021, I have upkept her appointments and been considerate when the center had turnover. Even last year when her provider left and I had to reschedule her three year old appointment four times. However, after rescheduling multiple separate appointments, and her four year old appointment due to turnover, showing up multiple times with either no or very short notice of provider leaving the center, I have decided to seek out a new children's provider. Love this place, always soo kind to my kiddos and they’re so patient.
My experience with the medical scheduling process was frustrating. Initially, I arrived at the first scheduled appointment after waiting 4 weeks only to be informed that the nurse practitioner could not see my daughter due to her specific diagnosis. I was told I could still see the NP but she would not be able to help or I can reschedule with a physician. Of course , I opted to re-schedule with the physician.
