These guys are on the ball. I have had a problem with contractors returning my calls and giving me the run around for a while. I always get three bids when I do anything over a thousand dollars they didn't come in the lowest but their bid covered everything I asked for. I had some changes to the bid afterwards and they didn't even submit change orders they just did the Job. Granted it wasn't Much I asked for
