This was my first time using Mountain view body shop and I was more than satisfied with the body work I was getting done on my grand Jeep Cherokee and the excellent customer service that came with it. Mountain View Body Shop did a great job in fixing the car and topped it with great service. We were always kept in the loop on what was happening and how long it would take to fix it. When they said they would call back at 10:00 am - they did; and when they told us the car would be ready for pickup at 1:00 pm - the car was ready. No waiting, no fuss! - Highly recommend them !

If you have Geico insurance and live in the South Bay, take your car here to get it fixed! My brand new car got keyed by some idiot who wasn't hugged enough as a child and Geico recommended Mountain View Body Shop as an all-in-one stop for me to get it fixed. The entire process was very easy and quick. You arrive and talk to your claims adjuster and they look at the damage and give you a quote. Place did a great job on the car and even went above and beyond by straightening out some minor additional damage unrelated to the accident as best they could without increasing the cost of the estimate. Price for repairs were very reasonable, and outstanding customer service.
My mother recently came here to get her car fixed from an accident she was involved in with her 2004 Honda CRV. She was referred to this body shop through our insurance, Geico, and she was so glad she came here! The car was ready in a little less then 2 weeks and it looked almost brand new when we picked it up! They even detailed the inside and the outside was so shiny! I recently has body work done on my 2003 Acura MDX and was extremely satisfied with the customer service and workmanship at Mountain View Body Shop. The manager Raul was excellent to work with, and gave me a very fair estimate for my repairs. The repair work was done on time and on budget. This a GEICO referred shop. I made an appointment online, showed up on time, they greeted me when I pulled in and got all paper work ready. Their specialist investigated my car, I signed papers, they got an Enterprise rental car ready for me. The whole process took 15mins - very smooth, efficient and I was pleasantly impressed. During the repair, they kept me posted and found a couple other things not related to the case and offered a very reasonable price to fix them.
