Had a good experience with Mtn view. Office staff was polite & mechanics were knowledgeable, even had a brief discussion with the owner that was very enlightening. I will certainly be recommending Mr Torres & Mtn View to my friends in the future.

They will overcharge you. I had to pay $65 just for them to tell me that to repair my car (valued at the most around $1100) it would cost $675. With such an estimate, I figured junking the car is probably the best choice. As I called to pay their estimate fee and to get my car back. The employee had the nerve to offer me $200 for the car by saying, "The junkyard would only offer you $200." Why would you ask for $675 to repair an car you value at $200? The shop is very clean, the staff very professional and my vehicle was completed when stated. Price was cheaper than a dealer. It's very refreshing to find an automotive shop that will treat women with the same respect they treat men when they take their car in for repair.

Took my car to Mountain View for the first time to have my oil changed and whatever else needed to be done. I was very impressed with how clean the shop was and the price was very competitive. If you don't have time to wait, they offer a free shuttle service to and from which I think is terrific. Everything was perfect and I will be coming back.

Outstanding Service! Had another quote for extensive work and Mountain View Automotive was able to evaluate the car, tell me what I truly needed to do and it was a fraction of the prior quote from another place. Plus they had all the work done in one day! Fast - Friendly - Honest and Easy to work with....what more could a customer ask for from their mechanic/auto service team?? This is my new "go to" shop for personal and professional auto repairs.
