We are three time customers. Always an intriguing experience. The workmanship seems to be top drawer but the office folks can really take the glow off your day. Do their installation skills adequately compensate for gritting your teeth and biting your tongue during scheduling, estimates and payment? For now, I suppose so.......but we are going to start looking around.
The man who helped me definitely knew what he was doing/talking about. I would bring my car back here without thinking twice.
Excellent customer service! Casey replaced my rear window on my hatchback that he installed a year ago. It started to leak water, so I took it back to him. After inspection, he found that the window was defective. It wasn't an easy fix and took him several hours to replace it. He wouldn't take any money for his labor time! Casey is a man of integrity and he runs an honest business, which is rare these days!
Six months ago I took my car to have a windshield replaced and recalibrated. My insurance gave Mountain View glass in Redmond as an authorized glass repair business. When it was given back to me supposedly ready to go , a malfunction warning came up . At this point I informed Casey the person that worked on it of the malfunction and took the car back. He said that he did what ever he was suppose to do and that I should take it to the auto dealership for further work up. My car worked fine up until this gentleman started work... read more
