Really appreciate this shop. Had an issue a couple years after coming here and I brought my truck back in and the owner fixed it right there on the spot and didn’t charge me anything. He was extremely friendly and I haven’t had any more problems. I’ll definitely be back here next time I need glass replaced!
We are three time customers. Always an intriguing experience. The workmanship seems to be top drawer but the office folks can really take the glow off your day. Do their installation skills adequately compensate for gritting your teeth and biting your tongue during scheduling, estimates and payment? For now, I suppose so.......but we are going to start looking around.
The man who helped me definitely knew what he was doing/talking about. I would bring my car back here without thinking twice.
Excellent customer service! Casey replaced my rear window on my hatchback that he installed a year ago. It started to leak water, so I took it back to him. After inspection, he found that the window was defective. It wasn't an easy fix and took him several hours to replace it. He wouldn't take any money for his labor time! Casey is a man of integrity and he runs an honest business, which is rare these days!
