It's terrible living near this building so I can only imagine what it's actually like living in it. They're always disrupting the neighborhood with their weekly lawn maintenance and hours upon hours of using leaf blowers in the morning.
I loved this community! Not only did I love my apartment, but I enjoyed the people who also lived there. It was a very quiet, pleasant and tidy place to live. The managers were always there to help! I couldn’t imagine a better experience… wishing I never left!

I have lived in several other apartments in different cities over the years. None can compare with the cleanliness and professionalism of the Mountain View Apartments in Collingwood. The building is spotless and well maintained. When I was looking for an apartment Brenda and Kim were very friendly and helpful. My apartment itself is gorgeous. Bright and well laid out. I am very happy and comfortable here. I highly recommend making Mountain View your home.
I lived at Mountainview apartments in Collingwood for 14 months. My experience was very positive. I found the building to be very well maintained. All the public areas (hallways, garbage shoots, laundry rooms and storage areas) were very clean at all times. The exterior of the building was beautifully maintained.
