Mountainview is an amazing place to live. It is immaculately kept (every area) and the family environment makes it so welcoming and pleasant. This is, no doubt very intentional as the managers (Jim & Brenda Park) work very hard not only to make sure it is very clean and to be helpful but also provide social opportunities to bring the residents together. My husband and I have been very happy living here and will miss and our "little family" so much.
I love living here. The building and property is well maintained. The management team here go above and beyond to be helpful. I would strongly recommend renting here.
Great place to live. Managers are easy to get along with. Clean and friendly.
It's terrible living near this building so I can only imagine what it's actually like living in it. They're always disrupting the neighborhood with their weekly lawn maintenance and hours upon hours of using leaf blowers in the morning.
