After having lived here for 5yrs, the property was sold and all tenants were given 1 month notice that rent was increasing $300 at once. Although on the craigslist post rent went up $400 or more. There's no dishwasher in any units & coin laundry is 1.25 to wash & 1.50 to dry-thats if that didn't raise too.
