They don't even deserve 1 star. If you have other options for housing, I would go with your other option. Things are SO crooked here! They don't follow the waiting list at all. People who were barely put on the list are getting apartments before those who have been on the list for a year, and they have a stronger need for that unit. Newly gutted and nicely remodeled. Under new management. Almost all new renters. It is now a place where I would feel comfortable raising my kids and not having to worry about the people who live there as much as before.

Management is very discourteous and disrespectful.
