Wouldn’t live here again due to roach issue within buildings, property management is damn near impossible to reach even within their open hours. Property manager on site has an attitude constantly and doesn’t seem to have respect towards some residents as they choose. All in all this place needs an upgraded staff and definitely better care for the apartments and their residents.
Best deal in Fayetteville, they have a new management team , huge step up from the previous owner!
They are running some sort of scam. They never pick up the phones. All communications are done through the website. The available apartments on the website are not actually available. They collect personal information through the application and then declared the property as not available. Do not put any personal information on their website. And not even think of paying $500 just to apply. This is absurd !!
