I don’t recommend this place to anyone. At 1st they were amazing. But once the property manager Kesha left, things started going downhill. I was always on time with rent and never had a problem until my last month. I was told by the new property manager that they couldn’t work with me, so I told them I would be vacating. Then I got a call from cooperate telling me that they could work with me but I had already made up my mind. I lived here for nearly 2 years and wouldn’t ever live here again. Property management is extremely frustrating to work with. The office is consistently closed during official open hours. They don’t answer the phone 95% of the time. When I moved in they hadn’t connected my dryer to the wall vent which lead to increased electric bills. I need up having to break my lease a few months early due to a job transfer out of state. I was unable to fulfill their 60 days notice to vacate since I had to move rather quickly. Honestly For NWA Arkansas Do Not Move Into This Apartment Complex, Move To The Link's Or The Cliff's Or Someplace like that Apartment Complex Honestly Was Not Fully Ready For Total Move In Condition As Promised! By Jackson, New Management Has Not Really Improved Things At All Really, This Complex Needs To Be Inspected Therougly, And Reported To The NWA Housing Authority To Be Totally Honest, The Apartment Smelled Like Smoke.
