I had read the recommendations from others before we went to this animal hospital, and they are as kind and caring as claimed. We had to put our dog down, never been to this clinic b/c we are out here on vacation. The staff and vet were so kind to us as we made this decision. A week later nor I went to pick up the free paw print and it was wrapped in pink and white tissue paper, with a pink bow (female dog) and a card addressed to our family.Not only the right care for our sick dog, but also wonderful to the 'parents.'
Dr Forsse and her wonderful staff fit us in to see our traveling companion who had been licking herself since our journey start in VT. It wasn’t until yesterday we realized she was so uncomfortable. We walked from the KOA campground. Hospital was clean and welcoming as was staff! Our end of day appointment was treated with kindness of a regular client and techs communicated about wait time (which is expected with fit in!) They are the best. I've known Dr Forsse for many many years and she is the best. She is caring, thorough, and her knowledge is outstanding. Her staff is also outstanding and caring. I would recomment her & her staff over all.
Thank you for taking care of my dog Lucky on a Saturday when you had to leave what you were doing to run to the clinic. We appreciate it.
