They always charge you for services that they did not disclose you are being charged for , you go in for one thing and they charge you for that and another service you were not informed of , it’s a shame sine the staff is so nice , yet deceptive and makes me question their integrity and honesty
Always to busy to answer calls, actually do exams or take care of any emergent needs. My dog was in several times for a exam, she had 12 teeth pulled. Not one single time did they ever do a blood test. Always to busy. So i had to take my dying dog to a different clinic. If they had done a blood test we might have been able to save her. Wont be going back, and wouldn't recommend to anyone.;
