I have been buying Mountain Valley bottled waters in a box for a long time from Whole Food Markets. Now I am really disappointed. I don’t hear click sounds whenever I open water bottles, concerning safety seals problem and so easy to open without safety seals clicking sounds. Who knows that bottled water is just plain tap water? Someone should investigate this brand , paying $35.00 for 12 in a box. Not cheap, expensive. Mountain View company should be investigated.
Hi, I love Mountain Valley water. The selling point for me are the glass bottles. I purchase them in the store individually often & absolutely love how mountain valley has a machine for the house as well. My main reason for this review is for an amazing supervisor named Kevin out of the Bronx N.Y. location. Kevin is kind, knowledgeable, professional & most of all patient. do not use... you wonder how a bottled water company can get a bad review? Well, they manage. Its a headache dealing with delivery. Theres no communication. Way better options...
Very Good service at their Carlstadt NJ Branch. Angela and the team took care of our water needs quickly. Best darn water in glass bottles no less. The water is deeeeelicious.
