My furnace was having issues. They sent out a technician who spent some time diagnosing the problem and found that my model of furnace was manufactured with a faulty circuit board. He also talked with someone who knew more and followed their advice to drill out a drain port to hopefully be able to save me a few hundred dollars, I really appreciated this! Harley with MVTC has always taken care of us!!!! New AC and Furnace in our old house. Sunday calls with broken thermostats or blown fuses. He is efficient, on time, and just a great person to do business with. Quotes are always honest, accurate, and MVTC’s communication is wonderful.
