Extremely disappointed in the service of this company. We’ve been loyal mountain valley spring water customers for nearly 10 years and the last year has been terrible service. Deliveries are cancelled last minute nearly every month. Don’t bother calling customer support. You just hear apologies and are told someone will return your call in 48 hours but you never get that call. At this point, I’d honestly rather just drink tap water…. Or pond water. They were reliable until the company got bought out. Now they go weeks without showing up and then randomly they show up again. I had to cancel the services.
Unreliable and impossible to communicate with. This was a great company until they were bought out. The new company, Primo Water, has missed my last 2 deliveries with zero notice or communication. I’ve had to call 15 times and still no answer as to why. I’ve been promised a call back at least 9 times with no callback. Today, I saw the delivery truck in front of my house, then it drove away and issued a “your order has been cancelled” notification. I’ve been a customer for 6.5 years.
