They delivered a machine, and it leaked all over my floor. I got a new machine in, and it tasted like a water hose water. I tested it and it was the same as the facet water. I told them to pick up the machine and water so the charged me twice for 2 accounts. I spent over $300.00 and received no service. I contacted Mountain Valley and told LaKesha McDaniel and she did nothing. I will seek legal help so no one will go through this. Date of experience: April 08, 2025
