Absolutely the worst property management company in town. Alex is not a local, doesn't understand our mountain lifestyle, and is in this business for the opportunity to sell real estate in this valley. He doesn't give a crap about long time locals who own small condos because they can't afford single family homes. An unscrupulous person all the way around. Avoid this company at all costs.
