I love living at Creekside because it is so affordable (All utilities included!) for a place that is walking distance from campus. Tracy is the sweetest! She is always willing to listen to any concerns that you have. Maintenance is quick and friendly; all in all MVP makes me feel at home. I will be resigning my lease and recommend MVP to anyone!

Me and my roommates looked into several different apartments and places to live. As soon as we got a house tour of creekside we knew right away that we wanted to live here. It is very affordable and comes with the essentials. There are different payment options so you can really pick the one that works best for you and your roomies! The best thing about living at creekside is the maintenance and the other people working for them! Tracy is always there to help with whatever she can! I've lived here for 5 years and every time there is something wrong or something is broken... it is always fixed that day or as soon as possible! Great apartments!
Love the property and everyone who helps keep it looking great. The apartments are amazing!!
The best thing about living at Mountain Valley has to be the maintenance. My started flooding at 3:30 am early in the year and by 6 am, the leak was stopped, the water was all cleaned and I was back in bed. Whenever we have a problem, the maintenance is quick and efficient.
Mountain Valley Properties are at a great location and they are very affordable!
