At first I had a really positive experience here but then things took a major turn. I contacted Mountain Valley to schedule an appointment for a sprained ankle. I had already been to an urgent care but needed to go to a specialist to get paperwork filled out so that I could be cleared to return to work. When making the appointment I made it known that I had already been seen at an urgent care and had already had X-rays taken. I saw Dr. Susan today for an ankle sprain and she was wonderful. She is the kind of doctor where you can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients. All of the staff made me feel very comfortable and listened to. They went out of their way to make recommendations that would be affordable to me, so I wouldn’t be unnecessarily overpaying for a boot that my insurance decided they would charge $250 for. I went to one of doctors,very nice welcomed, did and lot of lab work, was promised the doctor will call me with the results,it have been 2 months since and received no call,a shame!
Susan was absolutely amazing. She listened to every one of my concerns and made sure that I felt heard. She also wanted to test every solution possible to make sure that she was not missing any important factors. She made sure not to run tests that weren't needed and only do the necessities. She did very well at explaining things to me so I was able to understand them efficiently and understand the whole process of what you need to be done. I highly reccomend here.
Milford office. Not recommend at all.
