There are not enough words to express our gratitude to all the staff at Mountain valley Hospice in Dobson. Our loved one was there only 5 nights but the doctors, nurses and all the staff were incredibly kind, supportive, and compassionate. They held us up and guided us thru the worst time of our lives. Our whole family will forever support and praise the Lord for putting Hospice at Dobson in our lives just when we needed a miracle.
Disorganized and Dishonest. Worst management I have ever encountered personally and professionally. Nothing but trouble. My mother has an "A" team with another Hospice Agency now, and the difference is mind blowing. All I have to say is, "You only die once." The experience and journey should be respected and Mountain Valley has no idea what Hospice Care is really about. They are business minded only and possess the fakest empathy imaginable. Please consider another agency for your loved one.
