We had had a great experience with MVH with some maintenance and ultimate replacement of a heat pump unit. When a significant issue came up, they took responsibility for the miscommunication and went above and beyond to make it right. They really smoothed over a rough situation even though they didn't have to, and we would recommend working with their company.

We were originally very happy with Mountain Valley Comfort, but we purchased a new heat pump last Fall and were told by multiple people that we would be getting a tax credit for the new unit. When we still hadn't received the tax forms and I contacted the company, I was then and only then told that our unit did not qualify for a credit, and was treated in such a way that showed they took no responsibility for the either mistake or outright lie. Had 2 different guys come to my house to look at my furnace because of water damage. Both were very nice and explained everything that needed to be done. Definitely would recommend
