Kyle took the time to climb up into the attic to address maintenance on the air handler. He went down the checklist with me and answered all my questions. Arrived right on time.
We bought a new house and shortly after we needed a new boiler, after 5-6 different companies coming to give us a quote we chose to go with mountain valley. Nate came out was very professional, very personable and extremely helpful, he was here for about an hour total. Price was reasonable compared to the other companies except for one who quoted us 18k, way to say they didn’t want to do the job! I had an annual service completed. Service tech (Johnny Riggs) did a great job and explained everything. Also, I had an issue with the fan in the air handler constantly running. He diagnosed the problem and had me back in service in no time
