It’s hard to find an HVAC company in the valley that is trustworthy and professional. Mountain Valley is amazing. We called them for an issue with our heater leaking condensation and they compassionately insisted we replace our older heater for safety reasons. Money is tight and they worked with our budget and were timely and professional. They even let us borrow some space heaters to keep us comfortable over the weekend when we had no heat in our home. Great work! They did not feel like they were in a rush, but still finished in good time. They also answered the questions I had thoroughly.
Technician that came out for our AC repair was very fair and found quick fix. He was so quick, he was able to do our AC and Heater tuneups as well. Great job and honest. Will use them a third time
I called and they were able to come out the next day and fix my AC. They were punctual, very professional and I honestly couldn't have asked for better service. They were very reasonably priced. Very happy customer
