Tyson & Kyle saved the day! Our AC went out in our office I got ahold of Tyson and he sent Kyle out the same day & then had our AC fixed as soon as they got parts in 2 days later. These guys are the best and reasonably priced! Loved working with them!
These guys were great. Quick response to my inquiry and got me schedule the next day. The technician Colton was very polite and professional. He communicated with me throughout the process and clearly summarized the work he completed. Overall I was very satisfied with the services provided by Mtn Valley!
It’s hard to find an HVAC company in the valley that is trustworthy and professional. Mountain Valley is amazing. We called them for an issue with our heater leaking condensation and they compassionately insisted we replace our older heater for safety reasons. Money is tight and they worked with our budget and were timely and professional. They even let us borrow some space heaters to keep us comfortable over the weekend when we had no heat in our home.
