I called and they were able to come out the next day and fix my AC. They were punctual, very professional and I honestly couldn't have asked for better service. They were very reasonably priced. Very happy customer
Updated Review: It's been almost two years since Mtn Valley took great care of us during a time in need. Today, I had them come out and check on our AC unit that seemed like it wasn't keeping up. After some investigating, they filled up my refrigerant and helped me get our filters just right. Now the unit is running just like we want it too. I have no idea which technician came to service our two air conditioning units but they should be fired. Our units require unique and expensive air filters. They charged us for the actual filters but here we are a year later, my husband went to check on them because we're all having a ton of allergies. One was so large that they had jammed it in the space but it was still sticking out several inches and shredded when my husband had to pry it out. The other was too small.
