Took all my information for estimate - I even came up from SF Bay Area and chose flooring in their office. Heard absolutely nothing from them. Over two months went by. My advice is go elsewhere and do not waste your time.
Searched all over & they have the best prices not only in South Lake but off the mountain too! I ended up going with Acacia for $3.79 & I could not be happier but what made the entire thing the best was the customer service, I can not say enough about the friendly professionalism that the crew had! I will always recommend this company!!!
I bought a large remnant which turned out to be stained. I noticed this after it was installed. When I called, I was asked what did I expect. I was under the impression a remnant was an endcut, not a second-rate piece. I asked for the owner to call me. There has been no follow through.
