I started going to Mountain Valley Chiropractic roughly a year ago. I wish I would have started sooner. Not only has Dr.Joe increased my mobility and reduced my chronic pain, but he is also extremely knowledgeable about his practice. Not only that but the "Blueprint" gut reset has been life changing. Anyone looking to improve their quality of life through chiropractic care, shouldn't hesitate going to see him. Also, Kelly is pretty amazing :)
I've been using chirporactic care my entire life. I have never felt better since coming to Mountain Valley Chiropractic. This is not your quick adjustment type of clinic that pushes people through. Doctor Heinecke listens to your needs and treats you with care. Highly recommend.
