Having a horrible time trying to get Butch or someone to call me back...thought they were in the business of selling boats???

We have only two salesmen at this dealership. With the recent huge uptick in business we cannot keep up with our customers as well as we should. As seasonal as the business is I feel it unfair to hire on a new salesperson this late in the year to help us catch up. We are a small family owned company with less then 10 employees total.
