I have used Mountain Top three times and have been very satisfied each time. The first time I called them, I was amazed to get a real person on the phone on the Sunday night just after Christmas. I called most recently yesterday, a Sunday afternoon, and the owner apologized that he could not come the same day since he was out of town for a family celebration. He arrived today! All three times he was able to diagnose the problem within five minutes of arrival and was friendly, professional, and quite reasonably priced.
